Emily Olivia Leah Blunt (born 23 February 1983) is an English actress. Blunt's first major film role came in the British drama My Summer of Love (2004). She then appeared in The Devil Wears Prada (2006) for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe and a BAFTA. Blunt previously shared a home with her ex-boyfriend, Canadian singer Michael Buble, whom she first met in Melbourne backstage at the Australian television Logie Awards in 2005. At the age of 16, Blunt moved to Hurtwood House, a sixth-form college known for its performing arts programme. There, she was discovered by an agent.
